Voluntary participation. Participation is voluntary. The participant may decline a question or stop before or during the activity.
Editing and ownership. Novakai Inc owns recordings and photographs it creates and may edit, crop, caption, translate, combine, reproduce, publish, distribute and archive approved material, provided it is not knowingly used to materially misrepresent the participant.
Public distribution. Approved material may become public, searchable, copied or shared by third parties beyond Mission Novakai's control. A later request to stop new uses does not require recall of material already published, distributed, printed, archived or reasonably beyond Mission Novakai's control.
Limited release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Novakai Inc and its authorized representatives from claims based on privacy, publicity or the authorized use of the participant's approved name, voice, statements, likeness or performance. This does not waive nonwaivable claims, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or uses outside this agreement.
Complete agreement. Florida law governs. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
