By using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The site provides general nonprofit, educational, event, community and resource information.
Not professional or emergency advice
Content and listings are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Mission Novakai is not an emergency or crisis service. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service for immediate danger. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support.
Resources and third parties
Review or publication of a resource is not a guarantee, endorsement or warranty of a provider, service, product, treatment, price, availability or result. You are responsible for evaluating third parties. External sites have separate terms and privacy practices.
Events and community conduct
Event details may change, and registration does not guarantee admission. Participants must follow venue rules, lawful instructions and our Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, malware, spam and disclosure of another person’s private information are prohibited.
Submissions
You confirm that submitted information is accurate and that you have permission to share it. You retain ownership of original content. When you intentionally submit content for publication or promotion, you grant Novakai Inc a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, format, reproduce, display and distribute it for that purpose. We may decline, edit for clarity, remove or archive submissions.
Donations
Donations are processed through Zeffy. Receipts, refunds and payment data are governed by the giving page and applicable law. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax adviser.
Intellectual property
Mission Novakai names, logos, designs and original content may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission. Copyright concerns may be emailed with identification of the work, material, contact information and a good-faith explanation.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novakai Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current content and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from site use, third-party resources or community interactions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims and expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
Florida law and severability
These terms are governed by applicable federal law and Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
